Making its first public appearance in July 2024 with the XPENG G6 at the UOB Plaza pop-up showroom, the brand has quickly established itself as one of Singapore’s fastest-growing EV players. Within five months, XPENG recorded 336 vehicle registrations, underscoring its appeal among discerning consumers seeking premium, intelligent, and sustainable mobility solutions. The momentum continued with the global debut of the XPENG X9 in Singapore, the brand’s first right-hand-drive MPV, which was met with strong enthusiasm.

As XPENG celebrates its first anniversary since the official showroom opening last November, the delivery of its 1,000th vehicle highlights not only the robust demand for its smart electric vehicles but also the brand’s expanding footprint and growing influence in Singapore’s electric mobility landscape. And with global sales reaching $4.37 billion (USD) within the first half of 2025, it’s clear this demand extends far beyond Singapore, with China continuing to lead XPENG’s global growth trajectory.

1,000th Vehicle Delivery Celebration

To commemorate this milestone, XPENG hosted a private handover ceremony at its showroom for the 1,000th customer, joined by his family.

Andy Lim, a 52-year-old Business Development Director, marks a milestone as the proud owner of the 1,000th XPENG vehicle in Singapore. Making the switch to electric mobility with the purchase of the new XPENG G6, Andy embraced his first EV ownership with confidence. Safety, advanced technology, and reliability were his top priorities—and the XPENG G6 delivered on all fronts.
